Medina Municipal Traffic Court Records

Traffic court records, which detail citations, moving violations, and OVI/DUI cases, are handled by the traffic/criminal division of the Medina Municipal Court. Members of the public have the option to search traffic dockets online via the court's Case Access portal, request case files from the Clerk's office, or review physical records at the courthouse.

Uncertified copies of traffic dispositions can be obtained online or by mail, while certified copies, which may be required for reinstatement of driving privileges by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) or for purchasing an insurance policy, cost $1 per document. Additionally, payments for fines and costs regarding traffic waivers can be processed through the traffic division of the Medina Municipal Court.
